Our farm offers high-quality straw in convenient square bales – ideal for use in animal husbandry as bedding or feed. You can choose between uncut straw, straw cut with a half knife set, or the especially fine “Fine Cut” version, in which the straw is chopped using a full set of 52 knives. With various cutting lengths, we can tailor the product to your individual needs – whether for feeding cattle or producing cubicle bedding. The fine cut improves digestibility and reduces volume, which is particularly beneficial for everyday stable use and storage.

Industriehäcksel
We offer two high-quality types of industrial chaff, each distinguished by its processing and application:
W 85
W 85 is split wheat straw with a particle length of approximately 2 to 3 cm. This structure makes it ideal as a fiber-rich component in feed rations – especially in combination with grass or maize silage. It stimulates rumination, supports rumen function, and thus contributes to stable digestion. In dairy cow feeding, W 85 is a proven means of promoting feed intake and performance.
W 20
W 20 is a particularly finely chopped straw with a powdery consistency. It is often used as highly absorbent bedding in cubicles, as it spreads well and creates a comfortable lying surface. Another advantage: when the material falls through slatted floors, it can be easily reintroduced and spread together with liquid manure. This makes W 20 a valuable contribution to efficient and environmentally friendly nutrient management.

We offer barley straw in both chopped and unchopped forms to meet a variety of operational needs. Thanks to its fine structure, chopped barley straw is particularly well-suited for feed rations, while the unchopped version is often used as bedding.
